We offer FREE economy shipping on all orders! your order will be shipped by either USPS or UPS depending on your shipping address and the weight of the order.

Economy Shipping: Our FREE economy shipping options generally delivers 2-8 business days after your order has shipped.
Expedited Shipping: Our expedited shipping option can be chosen at checkout for an additional charge, to guarantee faster transit. Expedited shipping generally delivers 2-4 business days after your order has shipped. We do not offer overnight shipping. Tracking Info: You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking info once your order has shipped. All packages will be shipped with a step by step tracking number. Orders valued over $200 will require signature confirmation.
International Shipping: We will ship to some international addresses through the Global Shipping Program. With this service we will ship your package to a USA based shipping facility who will then ship the package to your international address. Please check under the shipping and payments tab to see if your country is an eligible country we ship to. Please note that international addresses will be charged an additional amount during checkout for shipping and customs fee. Please also allow for additional transit and delivery time for international orders.
- We will ship most items to APO/FPO, AK, HI and PR addresses. We reserve the right to cancel these orders if the package weight is too large for us to ship to your address.

Refunds: We are happy to offer a full refund on any defective item. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item back.
- All items will be inspected before refunds or replacements are issued. Items found to be non-defective upon inspection or items returned in the case of buyer\'s remorse, must be returned in the original condition the item was sent in. If the item is found to be in different condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be deducted from the refund. The original shipping cost we incurred to ship the item to you will also be deducted from the refund in these cases.
