This radio is in good condition and has great reception/sound and has been FULLY tested and operates well on all bands. All controls, switches, the back-light and the tuning/battery meter LED\'s work well, except for the Air Band button (intermittent operation most likely from dust behind the button) and the Sleep button is inoperable as well (not intermittent). The radio is still operable on the Air Band (fully) by using the shift key on the keyboard. The radio will operate on battery power or AC power and does include a Sony ACadapterwith your purchase. The original box and instruction manual are not included. The battery compartment is clean and corrosion free.
