STAR WARS RARE BIRTHDAY CAKE ORIGINAL 1978 ONE YEAR SHEET POSTER HOLY GRAIL For Sale

This is an original 1978 \"One Year Old Today\" birthday poster. Im sure you know that this poster was sent to theaters that played the original Star Wars for an entire year and there are supposedly less than 500 in existence. I have had this poster in my possession since the early 90\'s when the movie theater I was working at closed down and we cleaned the equipment out of the projection room. In the loft area there was a bin filled with old posters dating back to the early 60\'s (when the theater first opened) This poster was among them. Obviously, I had no idea the significance of this poster at the time.
Please note the poster is not perfect although it is the more desirable rolled version (meaning it was never folded). The ceramic coasters in the corners are there because the poster has been rolled for so long it will not stay flat unless theres weight on it. This would be perfect behind glass and in a frame. There are two large creases near the top right of the poster, just below and above, \"May the force be with you\" Also some of the white on the board has the slightest touch of yellowing from age. The top left boarder of the poster has a bit of a crinkle (hardly noticeable but there none the less) The poster has been rolled and stored for so long, you can even see a bit of dust by the 20th Century Fox logo I brushed way after I unrolled it in the last photo. About 20 years ago (right around the time of the prequels release) I took this poster to a local toy shop to see what he thought and even the expert said this was an original. I have also done some research on the poster myself and have found the size to be correct and the aging and bit of wear to be constant with a 40 year old poster as well as the paper it is printed on. Also given how long I\'ve had the poster and where it came from, I have no reason to doubt its authenticity.
I am not a Star Wars collector and have found it challenging the few times I have sold Star Wars items on and have done my best to describe the item with the best possible description, so please ask any and all questions before offerding as all sales are final. I am pricing this to sell as it has literally been sitting in a tube in the closet for years now and I have not use for it. (Also these new movies are just the worst and have retroactively killed my love for the original movies as well)
