Here is an early version of the iconic Open Road Stetson, it has a 2 5/8 inch brim, 1/4 inch hat band with brim bound with the same color material (gross grain), the crown is 4 inches tall in the front and 5 inches in the back. It has a very soft leather sweatband with no stains or odors. This hat is from the era of men, mostly all, wearing Fedora\'s of some type or another. This hat does have some moth bites, but they are certainly not distracting from the looks and character it has. I guess if you wanted a perfect one you could spend the 3 to 4 hundred dollars I\'ve seen others of this style sell for. But if you want one to wear with your jeans or your leather bomber jacket, friend this is your best option. The hat is too big for me or it would not be on right now. I hate to sell it, even tried to add some rolled paper towels inside the sweatband to hopefully make it fit, didn\'t work, I guess because of it being the long oval style. I am starting this hat at a stupid low price, and will let the buyers be the judge of its value to them. Don\'t think that this low starting price represents the look and style of this hat, or that the moth bites are severe because they are certainly not.
