This is a great early American Indian made Plains Club from the late 1800\'s - Early 1900\'s period typical construction with the club being an oval stone Decoratively lined with a stick wrapped in hide & sewn with Sinew. According to my Research with a museum it is Typical of Oglala Lakota Or Sioux Tribes. This is guaranteed to be authentic Native American made & over 75 years old. The end sinew is broken and tucked into the end of the stick, The top end is solid & tight around the club. & a low starting offer, Check out my other sales for more estate sale finds from the Kentucky & Ohio Area. Total length is about 13\" long with a 4\" X 2 1/2\" head. Original Plains artifacts are getting increasingly harder to find.
