The radio is in properly working condition with strong reception on all bands, Beolit600recieves FM, MW and LW. The sound isexcellent for a portable radio.The radio is meticulous cleaned and fully serviced to best performance -the antennais perfectly straight and tight. Clean battery compartment with clean negative and positive battery terminal, it takes5 each D cells and thecardboard tube for the batteries is included.The radio does also have a 7,5 Volt socket forthe external mains converter andthe original Beopower 600 is included. The scale and end trimdoes only show minor sign of wear, the handle isexcellent with clear lettering and B&O logo - this radiohas oneof the most sought after colour combinations with perfect red side panels - it has a wonderful retro look!

For those of you that consider to place a offer on one of my radios might like to know that I am a former radio technician. I use to work for a local B&O dealership in the late seventies where many of the Beolit models were very popular. I certainly clean the radios and make sure they look really nice, but cleaning alone does not do the job on a 40-50 years old radio, the electrical components offen gets week during the years, I make a full service and test the radios and make sure defective components are replaced, I trim them to best possible reception and performance as well.
