Gross Shipping Weight 24.0 lbs/10.9kg.This is a exceptionally clean TV7D/U Tube Tester.  There is a paper label that says BRUNO, NY. And the Meter is a BRUNO.Please take a look at pictures below. You can clearly see all the Test Buttons are so nice and clean. Not abuse. This unit has been calibrated recently and works very very well. No surprises here. Just plug and test unit.
