Up for sale isan amazing curved porcelain corner sign or \'pole sign\' advertising RHEINGOLD BEERfrom the FultonAvenue Brewery of Evansville, Indiana. I do not see a manufacturer’s mark.
CONDITION: The sign is made of heavy steel with aporcelain top layer. The sign is in overalldisplayable condition for its age but does have numerous chips on the porcelainthroughout and the back side of the sign has areas of rust as shown in thephotos.
AGE: This is a Pre-Prohibition corner sign or\'pole sign\' datingto the mid- 1880s to the mid-1890s.This particular brewery operated from 1886 to 1894.
