UNMARKED ANTIQUE / VINTAGE / OLD LIVE STEAM ENGINE ? AIR PUMP ? WHAT IS IT ?? For Sale

This sale is for what I believe may be an old steam engine / air compressor. I do not see any markings on this - possibly scratch built. It was found with a tank(no tubes) which may not necessarily be part of this engine but included in this sale - see last photo. It is very well built - turns very smoothly - appears to work as it should ( I can hear air when I turn the wheel by hand). I do not see anything cracked or broken.
