   1. Most of the major partsof the bicycle such asframe, crank, fork,chain, rear wheel, andderailleur have beenpreassembled but someadjustments forwheel/rim, brake,derailleur, shifter, andfender may still berequired.
      
   2. For safety reason, theprofessional assembly isrecommended but thelabor and any relatedcharges are on buyer\'scost.
      
   3. Weight limitation: 24”and 26” wheel bikes- 220lbs, 20” wheel bikes-130lbs.
      
   4. Tire pressurelimitation: beachcruisers, BMX, tandem, &mountain bikes- no morethan 40 PSI, Fixiebikes- no more than type=\"a\">
   5. One year warrantyagainst frame failure.
      
   6. Six month warrantyagainst parts failure.
      
   7. The manufacturer willreplace any parts failsduring warranty period.The both way shippingfee and related laborcharge will not becovered by the warranty.
      
   8. Unless otherwiseprovided, the soleremedy under the abovewarranty or any impliedwarranty is limited tothe replacement ofdefective parts withthose of equal orgreater value at thesole discretion of themanufacturer.
      
   9. Known liabilityinsurance arranged bymanufacturers.
      
   10. Items NOTcovered by warrantyafter the sale:

       12. Damage as a resultof any bikeaccident.
