I looked very had to try to find a Band Name(No Brand found/but still a layer of patina and it could be under) as I have only removed the cobwebs. I have noted other son e Bay that are branded \"MILLS\" look similar but not sure. Wheels move freely(a slight bend on edge of one/some figures on some of wheels).
