VERY SCARCE & CRUDE VARIANT GII-106A DOUBLE EAGLE pt. EARLY BLACK GLASS & MINT+:
$551.00

WELCOME and thanks for stopping by. I will start off with letting you all know that it really wasnot easy for me to come to terms with letting this flask go. No B.S. This was one of my very first flasksthat I collected and I will truly be sad to see it go. Because this thing is just AWESOME inevery aspect. MINT!! Yes, even after seeing the photos of the SUPER CRUDE lip. This is the crudestlooking lip that I have ever seen on ANY bottle. Whoever put this lip on was either their very firstday on the job, drunk, or perhaps it was the end of the day and this was the last piece for the day and theguy just glopped some glass on and gave it a quick smoothing over (sort of) and that was it. Time toclock out. Of course I don\'t really know, but one can ponder that kind of scenario when seeing a lipfinish like this. And the lip is AS MADE. NO DAMAGE. Anyway, you would never know it by looking at it, but this flask was privy dug. Prettyamazing, isn\'t it? Never tumbled either. Just a spectacular example with a crisp, BOLD impressionand remember that this is theextremely scarce variant that is lacking the raised medial ribs/seams. Done in early black glass, thecolor is that very deep olive with just the slightest hint of amber.Just to be sure that everyone\'s aware, that blue color that you see down near the oval in the 3rd photo is simply a reflection of the blue blanket on the bed. There is no blue in or on the glass. So I already know that the winning buyer is just going tobe in awe when they get this one \'in hand\'. I will really miss this flask and I\'ve decided that it\'s timeto kiss it goodbye and let someone else enjoy having it for a while. So please take very good care of it in case I might want to buy it back from you some day. Don\'t miss this opportunity, because THIS flask is a SPECIAL one! Offered with !! BEST of LUCK!!
Payment through paypal, or possibly by a different method (which must be discussed before offerding),is expected within a week\'s time. Once payment clears, I\'ll do my best to get your package in themail and on its way to you ASAP. Any questions you have pertaining to this item must be asked priorto placing a offer. I\'ll be moving at some point in the not too distant future and would appreciate notto have to deal with any returns. So I want you all to be sure that you know what you\'ll be getting. So if there\'s anything at all that you\'re not sure of, please ASK me. I forgot to mention that theheight of this flask is 7 1/4 inches. I\'m in the process of downsizing a good portion of my collectionin order to lighten the load and to also help alleviate some of the expenses, so keep checking back formore SWEET antique glass to come in the near future. THANKS and have a great day! ( :
