Rare petite size, lovely clear eyes, all original, tagged \"Stand Up and Cheer\" dress!This is a \"so hard to find\" petite 11\" size vintage 1930s Ideal Shirley Temple composition doll. She is clean, retains all of her original painted facial features, her original mohair wig is thick and full of curls, has a full set of eyelashes, is correctly marked \"Shirley Temple\" both on the back of her neck and back, stringing is good, and found no breakage. Shirley does have some paint rubs, mostly at her joints, has some ultra fine surface scratches on her face, and a teeny little line under her left eye. Any imperfection is minute in person as this is a teeny little doll with an adorable teeny little face. This precious Shirley is such a little sweetheart and is in beautiful condition.
Shirley will arrive wearing her original vintage 1930s Ideal tagged \"Stand Up and Cheer\" dress that is pristine clean, has replaced ribbons, and the rayon label, although faded, is still sewn in its seam. Original onesie slip is clean and white, along with her original socks and oilcloth snap shoes. The snap on the left shoe has torn away, although I gently glued the piece back into place. Shirley will also come with her original vintage 1930s celluloid Shirley Temple pin, and her original vintage 1930s Ideal box. Shirley\'s box is in fair condition. The bottom of the box still retains its colorful perfect graphics depicting blue as the color of the dress, and the lid shows its correct 11\" size (please look at the photos).
The little 11\" size Shirley Temple dolls are so hard to find, especially in clean display ready condition.This little peanut has withstood time beautifully, is all original, pristine clean, and is as cute as can be.
