VINTAGE 1930\'S MONARK SILVER KING 24 INCH ALUMINUM BICYCLE WITH ECLIPSE REAR HUB For Sale

Here we have a vintage 24 inch Monark Silver King Aluminum Bike from the Prewar 30\'s from what I was told. Serial No- 41020. I haven\'t cleaned this bike or have I done anything to it at all. Everything seems to move as it should. The frame and handlebars are aluminum and look to be in nice condition. The cranks and sprocket have some rust on them and the chain guard has some surface rust. The fenders have some bends in them and they must be made of stainless steel as they have no rust at all on them. They are not aluminum. The hand grips are missing. The badge is in nice legible condition for the age as is the seat. The tires are shot and were made by US Chain Co size 24X 2.125. The rear hub is a Eclipse Made by Eclipse Machine Co Elmyra NY. The brake is a Murro. The fenders have a decorative groove look to them as do the rims. This bike appears to be original but I\'m no bike expert so check out all the pictures before offerding please and ask any questions you may have. But all else is between you n them,all I do is haul it there. I was just informed that Exton Bicycle at 610-363-2747 does not ship bikes but will take the bike apart n pack it for you. But getting Fedex or UPS to pick it up is your responsibility.. There is also Beans Bikes in Berwyn,Pa that might pack n ship that you can call at 610-640-9910. If you have any luck with them I will take the bike there for you also for free even though it\'s a lot further then Exton Bike. There is also a Fastenal Parts store near me that ships. Their number is 610-648-9278. I don\'t know if they take it apart or ship it in one piece. They do have their own trucks. Just trying to help you out the best I can. Just remember that I will only be responsible for getting it to a place near me of your choice and thats all I will do.
