Vintage 1940\'s CG Conn Alto Clarinet. Model 472N Boehm Eb Grenadilla wood body For Sale

This is a vintage c.1940\'s CG Conn alto clarinet from a local music shop that closed (no mouthpiece). It is a professional Eb Model 472N, with grenadilla wood body and silver finish keys. It has not been played in many years, so it may benefit from servicing by instrument tech prior to use.  Aside from normal signs of age, the only thing we see to mention is an old professional repair to crack in wood at the top end of upper joint (see close-up images).  It looks to be a very high quality vintage instrument. Case has plush blue interior, and shows some wear to black exterior / with working hinges and latches. Displays very nicely. Being sold as-pictured for restoration, parts, or display.
