VINTAGE 1940\'S**RARE** JETCO COIN OP TUBE RADIO & CLOCK STAND VENDING METER:
$175.50

You are offerding on a wonderful 1940\'S VINTAGE JETCO MODEL P1-12-C COIN OP RADIO & CLOCK STAND. This radio is AWESOME!The Jet Sales Company of Seattle manufactured and sold Jetco hotel/motel radios through the 1940s and 1950s. This is their 110V 60 cycle 28 watt unit which played the radio for an hour when a dime was inserted into slot at the back center of the top. The clock (with separate power cord) operated all the time.

Dimensions are 24.5” high with tabletop measuring 17.5” wide x 14.5” deep. The 4 legs are aluminum with small rounded aluminum cups at the bottom, and the frame around the tabletop is also aluminum. The sides, top, and bottom are all wood, with the top overlaid with wood-grain formica. These radios could be ordered with or without the clock, and with a choice of black or wood-grain top formica.

The radio was just completely restored with all tubes, capacitors and electrolytics checked and replaced as needed. It plays loud and clear with full volume and tone range, and strong station reception across the dial. It needs 1 knob.

The coin-op box in back works but was bypassed to save buyer the hassle of inserting a dime every hour when you want to play the radio. I plugged it in and inserted a dime, which dropped down into the coin reservoir and reset the timer. I don’t have a key for the timer’s access door. The clock needs a power cord and alarm button knob. The unit looks great and is solid. With a little TLC you\'ll have a MUSEUM PIECE!
