Valco closed their doors in 1968. They were in business from 1940 to 1968. Very ahead of their time. They supplied several manufacturers with both guitar and amplifiers. Their Engineering was really top notch. I have never seen this model of amp before. What I like about it is it is a \"Real\" Amp that you can play out with. Not just a recording amp. Everything functions and works fine. Our Amp Tech gave this a major service. All Original Amp.Gig Ready on Arrival. You will not have to spend any additional monies on this amp.

Keep in mind that this is a 57+year old vintage amp. The tolex is in good shape. There are some scratches, scuffs andminor tears. Grill cloth is very clean. No rips or tears. TheInstrument Controlbezel does have some scratches, pittingbut all lettering is clear and legible. Overall, good shape. Not abused or beat up in any way.It is used. Not perfect. Look at the pictures closely. They will tell the story.
