Up for sale is a very clean 1967 Fender Princeton Reverb. The amp sounds amazing, is in good working order, and has an surprising lack of blemishes for a 50 year old amp. That said, there is a little tolex wear on two of the corners and you can see some faint signs of age on the control panel.
The original 10\" speaker has been replaced with a 12\" Weber 12150B. The original 10\" speaker baffle is not included in the sale. The power cable has also been replaced with a grounded three-prong cable.
Otherwise, the amp looks to be original - but please do reference the photos of the circuit board and the transformers, as the photos are going to be able to tell you more than I can.
While I am no Fender amp historian, I do know that this would have been in the very first batch of Silverface Princeton Reverbs to come off the line and would have had very few changes to the circuit from the Blackface era amps - by my reading, the transformers date to \'65 and \'66.
Transformer 1: 606-5-14Transformer 2: 606-6-25
Included in the sale is Studio Slips custom fit padded cover for the amp.
Please look at all the photos for questions regarding circuitry, transformers, and originality, though don\'t hesitate to get in touch with any additional questions.
Thanks!
