Please look at all the markings, and I am not sure what they mean or if I am reading them correctly. The markings I will commit to are: \"1906 PHOENIX 160 R 12 A \" there may be some more numbers and letters on the fuse and deflector
This came out of a central Wisconsin Industrial Papermill. I took photos of different angles, and different lights so you could judge how good/bad the condition is.
