Vintage antique Emerson Silver Swan Vintage desk Fan Art Deco RARE Runs NICE For Sale

We have this old Emerson Silver Swan fan, it looks to be in pretty nice used condition, cord looks newer, housing has some minor dings/dents,cage has some dings, bends ,some paint loss, and other signs of wear/age/use, please study all photos as they are part of my description this seems to have only one speed and does not oscillate, looks to me like it should but does not at this time, I am not a fan person and unfamiliar with this model maybe it isn\'t suppose too ?
