• Please file your returns through and we will approve your return within 24 hours, then you will be able to print a prepaid return label and send the item back free of charge for refund.

• We do combine shipping :), You will save $1 off of the second items shipping fee, if you buy more than 5 items, you will save $2 off of the 5th-10th item; If you buy more than 10 items, you will save $3 off of the 10th+ item.
• Please ask for combined shipping invoice by going to your purchase history page and click on request total, prior to making your payment.
• Items will have to be paid in one payment in order to be eligible for combined shipping fees.
• We provide tracking number on First Class, Priority and Expedited Services.
  
• For Expedited orders, the cut-off time is 1:00PM (MST).
