Vintage Brass Foamite American-La France Fire Extinguisher Up for sale is a vintage brass Foamite American-La France fire extinguisher.
The Foamite fire extinguisher is in good condition with some surface dents and scratches. The only major damage is a dent on the bottom right hand side that is about 4\" inches long and it has caused a cracked on the bottom lip as shown in the photo\'s. There are also two other noticeable dents towards the back of the extinguisher on both the right and left side and a few scratches across the front of the label. The extinguisher is labeled American-La France & Foamite Corporation Engineers and manufactures Elmira, N.Y., U.S.A. This extinguisher also has a unique nozzle that I haven\'t seen on the other extinguishers, extinguisher measures at about 25 1/2\" inches long and about 7\" inches wide the hose and nozzle together measure at about 26\" inches long.
