No 90 Fire ExtinguisherAir Cooled Patented Tank.No strap.
Used. See pix for wear.Has some dings and dents, Stickers wornHolds water and does pump. I tested it and it shot about 10 feet.No leaks in tank.Cap is attached to body with a chain.
As this did pump water when I tested it, I am more inclined to sell as a collectible rather than a working fire extinguisher as I have nothing to compare it to as far as a new functioning item.
