Calendar.

Thischarming perpetual calendar with moveable red cancellation lines is in "as found" condition and has not been repaired or restored by us.

The calendar has a wooden body, witha solid sterling silver front, this marked with the hall marks for Birmingham and the date letter 1934, the makers are "W. J. M. & Co." which is "W. J. Myatt & Co.".

The calendar has two knobs at the bottom, for the days and the months and two further knobs with arrows to the back, this moves the red cancellation line. There is a little wear to some of the cards and the cancellation line is a little temperamental, it sometimes needs both arrowed knobs moved at the same time to "free" it.

With its\' classic stepped art deco shape this calendar would look great in on any office or home desk.

Itmeasures17 cm (6 3/4 inches) long, and11.5 cm (4 1/2 inches) high.
