Vintage My Pet Monster Handcuffs Shackles For Sale

I found the awesome \"breakable shackles\" for My Pet Monster, but alas I could not find the monster himself. 

These shackles are in very good played with condition. Color is bright and there seems to be nothing broken. There is a \"red dot\" on each of the cuffs. Not sure if is supposed to be there? There is also minor \"threading\" on one of the velcro patches. It can be easily cut-- but that choice is up to you when you buy it. I took pictures of it so you can see. Item comes as is.
