Vintage Primitive Old General Store Detecto Hanging Produce Scale & Metal Scoop For Sale

This is a nice old hanging produce scale with a metal tray.The face of the scale is cream colored with a black outside rim. It is marked on the front MFD By The Brooklyn Bros. Co. Inc N.Y. U.S.A., Detecto Wate, Reg Pat Off., Jacobs, Capacity 20 Lbs By 1 oz., Legal for Fruits and Vegetables Not for other foods. It is in very good working condition but does have surface rust as seen in the pictures. It measures 8 1/2\" wide across the face of the scale and is 2\" thick from the front to the back. The metal scoop is in good used condition but does have some paint splatters on it as seen in the pictures. It measures 17\" from the back to the front, is 13\" wide across the back and is 7\" deep.The scale when hanging measures approximately 29\". Overall this is a nice working scale.
