Vintage Shirley Temple \"CURLY TOP\" Tagged Dress w/ONESIE For Sale

Here we have a very fine original Ideal Composition Shirley Temple doll dress from my mom\'s collection. The dress is from the 1930s. It was made in the likeness of a dress Shirley wore in the movie \"Curly Top\". The dress is made from a dark powder blue cotton pique fabric. It has three large pleats in the front with an embroidered bodice edge. The dress has short puffed sleeves with blue bows attached to each (most of the elasticity is gone) and fastens in back with two original buttons. There are two star shaped flowers embroidered on bodice. The original IDEAL tag is PRISTINE!! It looks just like it did when coming out of the factory!!! I took a picture of a slight spot on the dress (on lower left pleat) and do not see any other spots on this dress. Dress measures about 5\" long and about 3.5\" across underarm to underarm.The onesie looks to be vintage. It measures 4\" from shoulder to hem and the attached bottoms measure 3.5\" from where it is attached underneath the skirt to the longest portion. There are two small pin holes on right shoulder portion, when the onesie is turned over......there is one very small brown dot on upper right area. Back bottom portion of skirt has a slightest faded blue mark.....also under skirt in back.....there is a smudged pink mark on onesie. Not sure how this onesie was closed due to no button or pin holes. Some of the threading is loose where the skirt attaches to the upper portion of the onesie.Both items are in EXCELLENT condition. Whomever wins these two items will be very pleased and will look great in their SHIRLEY TEMPLE collection!No odors on each item.
