Vintage Stratton Brothers 6 inch Level Greenfield, MA For Sale

This is perhaps one of the finest steel levels I have seen in a long time. It was made by Stratton brothers of Greenfield Massachusetts. They have long been associated with making some of the finest hand tools from the early 20th century. A level to 6 inches long and has one single bubble in the middle. It is finally engraved with designs on all four sides. It is signed with the Stratford brothers Mark on one end. I have not done anything to  try to clean it up. there is just some minor pitting which I believe when it is clean will disappear.  If you collect fine vintage handtools this is one you may not want to miss.
