VINTAGE Super RARE Mitchell7th version Prot0-type?\" never painted, engraved or serial number!

Up for sale this super rare Mitchellreel, possible Proto-type. This reel came along with thesuper rare Engraved Presentation reel, from a French man\'s storage locker, that passedaway. I never could get his name, but the 2 reels together gives some value tothe thought that this man had connections to Mitchell\'s past!

If this reel doesn\'tsell, it will be a good learning tool for the newer collectors out there. Thereare what we call linishing lines, to spot whether the side plate (is original)belongs to the reel body. If you look at this reel, and see how they machinedthe body and the side plate together, before they painted the reel, you willsee the grinding lines that run from the body to the side plate, matching upthe two parts. I hope this gives some knowledge to the guys that are looking to collect true original reels, and one of a kind\'s from Mitchell\'s past!
