This tiny toy is by Yonezawa of Japan- it winds up in a clockwise motion on the back- it wants to work- it will start to move and raise its arms but either one wheel is stuck inside the robot or is missing- I cannot see inside it to tell. It has been played with and does have some scratches on it around the feet, etc but it is darling and if you are a little handy you could get it back and running again soon! It measures approx. 9 1/2\" and has a boys face inside the helmet.
