Up for offers is a used Garcia Mitchell 408 spinning reel that is in nice cosmetic condition. The reel is a small reel used for small panfish. The bail and clicker lever both appear to work properly. The backside of the spool housing has a US patent number of 2726025 which dates the patent to 1955. There is a serial number on the foot but it is really difficult to read. Included is an extra spool found with the reel. The extra spool appears to fit on the reel but according to the box fits other models of Mitchell reels then this one.
