Here for your consideration is a great looking antique George Wostenholm I*XL Bowie Hunter. It measures 11 5/8\" overall with a 7 1/4\" blade. The stag is gorgeous. The guard is nickel silver. The sheath is the classic antique embossed leather and paper with nickel silver fittings for the time period. I*XL is marked on the sheath. The blade is marked I*XL on the tang and G. WOSTENHOLM as well as some other text I can not make out. The blade has been sharpened and has some areas of deep pitting. The stag is beautiful but has one crack on each side at a back pin. The cracks are tight and are not missing any material Beautiful old hunting bowie. Please ask any questions you may have.
