Fair condition, and guaranteed original WWI Turk armyfighting knife. This is an extremely rare piece; a similar example is shown inthe book “At Arm’s Length”. Knife has Arabic markings on both sides of theguard and features two folding knife blades in the grip. 7 ½” blade hasoriginal bright finish with some brown and gray and has original washer at thebase. Guard has original blue metal finish with some brown scale. Right sidewooden grip is largely absent. Left side grip has original black paint and acouple of cracks. Fitted in correct original steel scabbard that is in verygood condition and has nice original blue metal finish with a little brownscale and pitting, no dents. Also complete with correct original leather frogthat is soft and supple with light wear and has tight stitching.
