This sale is a \"TEXT BOOK\" example of the classic Fireman\'s dagger-German dress bayonet. Used when the individual was on leave or in parades. Measuring 14-1/2\" from the top of the handle to the tip of the blade; blade only 9-5/8\". The blade is very nice with original factory dull edge with some very light spots-see picture. The scabbard with frog & tassel are original to the piece.
