PAYMENTS

• Please note that your entire order will be canceled by if the oldest itemexceeds 7 days without payment.
• Once an order is canceled, we are unable to re-invoice and the item will be relisted.
• For a combined shipping invoice, please send us one request within 5 days of winning the first item to avoid cancelation of your entire order.
• Once a combined invoice has been sent, we are unable to add additional items to the invoice.

SHIPPING

• Local pickup is not available at this time.
• We offer combined shipping as long as items will ship safely together.
• sales must end within5 days of each other to be eligible for combined shipping. Please hold off on payment until all sales have ended then proceed to checkout.
• Please do not pay for any items individually if you wish to have them combined - they must be paid at the same time.
• Items listed for flat-rate shipping are not eligible for combined shipping.
• PO Box addresses will require USPS shipments as FedEx Ground will not deliver. If FedEx is selected we may need to invoice for additional shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL buyers

• We ship to Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
• We do not ship to the following locations: Africa, South America, Central America, Mexico and Asia (except Japan). Please see the comprehensive list of countries we do not ship to under the \"Shipping and payments\" tab.
• Please note that we cannot accept payment from Singapore due to current PayPal regulations regarding foreign charity donations.
• APO addresses will require USPS shipments as FedEx ground will not deliver. If FedEx is selected we may need to invoice for additional shipping costs.
