I always loved this show and it was part of my high school years. This is a great DVD collection with good quality sound and picture and as stated before does not have the play all feature but that's not a big deal for me and I have really enjoyed it brought back great memories of my Mom and me in front of the old TV

No "Play All"
At only 20.00 for the complete series of 6 seasons and 136 episodes I felt the price was great. The packaging consist of all 17 disk on single spindle with a cardboard “stopper” to keep them from sliding inside the box. That’s fine, I’m glad to not pay for deluxe packaging, but there is one serious disappointment: no option exist to ‘Play All Episodes” on a single disk. Each episode has to be chosen individually, then when it’s finished, if another is desired the process repeated. I like to “Play All” and enjoy the marathon. Otherwise, it’s a great bargain. Sanford and Son- An honest review from a fan...
Who doesn't remember the classic that is 'Sanford and Son'? I remember evenings sitting in the front room with my grandpa watching reruns of this show (as well as The Waltons and Little House on the Prairie). This set includes all of the episodes exactly as you remembered them. I say 'exactly' because the series looks as it did back then. This series has not been remastered, but rather is a direct transfer from the original tapes. While this was not an issue for me, some fans will cry wolf as their high def sets will pick up every blemish and imperfection from the transfer. The set is simple, no frills packaging. You are looking at a box with the dvds in a flimsy plastic housing. The DVDS are stacked (no spindle). I would recommend placing the discs in ... All in all, I love the fact that this classic series is available for fans and collectors everywhere. A must have.

Hi y’all! Sanford and son a is a classic and timeless. The series is a truly genuine and wholesome approach 2 this modern world. Bak when I was coming up things wur more ideal 2 teaching and saying guud things that u can relate 2 the LordZzzz about indirectly. It did not have 2 say God or mention religion 4 U 2 make that connection with the LordZzzz. I’m very pleased and I hope my God is pleased with this grand series. Yes I’m like wow! PTL! Very Funny!
This show was on before my time (I was born in 1982) but I remember my dad always watching the reruns on TV when I was young but didn't really get some of the "Adult" humor at the time but I did remember the show being funny so that's why I bought this and seeing them for what they are is just awesome, I can't get enough of it.
