Judy was fabulous when the CD got hung up in the mail and ended up returned to her. She was very communicative and sent out the CD a second time very promptly. All things considered, while there was a delay in shipping it was not her fault. Very pleasant seller to work with. While there was a delay in shipping I am still giving her 5 stars as she did a great job communicating.
