This is a rare find for collectors of vintage advertising. The Hanover PA Folmer's Ice Cream Co. Carton from 1939 is a unique addition to any collection. This waxed cardboard (1 pint) carton features a beautiful yellow color with custom detailing that reads "Hanover, PA" and "Folmer's" in bold letters. These Cartons are new old stock and are still flat and unfolded, but are very easily folded into a box, as designed.
The type of advertising is an ice cream carton and the theme is dairy-ice cream. This original item was manufactured in the United States and is not a reproduction. The carton is in excellent condition, making it ideal for display in a soda shop, ice cream shop or any other food and beverage establishment. This sale is for one box out of about 18 I have. They are all new old stock but because of their age there may be some slight yellowing or minor scuffs or scrapes on the wax of the carton, but all are beautiful and in what I would call good condition for their age.
