Item Description
Grading Standard:1st Generation AKA Original Real-PhotoSize:8x10 inches with minor variationBlacklight Test:No.Other Notes:
Historical photograph.
Do not expect perfect photos. Often old photos have small creases and tears around the edges.
Scene Description:The Bell Model68 AKA X-14 was an experimental "Vertical Take Off Landing" VTOL aircraft. First flight was in 1957 and the aircraft was transferred to NASA in 1959 finally retired in 1981 as a NASA test aircraft.Photographic paper is of the type you expect to see on a 1950-1960s photo. I believe this scene showstest pilot in flight jacket and a memberof the staff at Bell who worked on the project. The X-14 is behind them.
