Ancient Pin  Earlier Russian Tartarian. Has The Traditional Owl.... Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class. Dependence The pin is made of silver and gold. An owl is on top of the PIN which are on most  flags and mascots of Tartar, and possible could be over 200 to 400 years old. Am not real sure, and I don't have any proof but I I'm pretty sure from my research done about tartaria. The two photos show early flags from Tartaria. An sale house offered me $700 for the pin so I'm going to lower the price to $700 whoever wants it can happen thank you
