Antique KEUFFEL & ESSER Transit Surveyor Telescope W/ Wood Base 12632 For Sale

This antique KEUFFEL & ESSER Transit Surveyor Telescope comes with a wooden base and is a rare find for collectors of surveying equipment. The telescope has a missing lens on the end and can be seen in the photos provided. The Transit Surveyor Telescope was not cleaned and left in the same condition as purchased from an Estate Sale. All adjusting mechanisms move freely with no problems. The levels on the platform are still in excellent working Condition. The missing lens would be cheap and easily replaced. All other aspects of the piece are in nice condition for its age and would should clean up nicely. It is a beautiful piece of history that would make a great addition to any collection. The wood base has some signs of wear but adds to the charm and character of the item. This is a must-have for any serious collector.
