• Very Nice Historical Document from Putnam County, Florida
• An Original Letter written by County Judge J.E. Baldwin on June 13th, 1889.
• The letter, addressed to a "Hamlin & Stewart" of Deland, FL, have a woman remit a balance due to a Dunham Buckley & Co. without further delayas they wish the claim to be settled.
• The letter has been nicely matted and framed, and is ready for display. Pane appears to be a plastic/acrylic (not glass)
• Frame measures approx. 13-5/8" x 16-1/8"
• Fine addition to any collection!

Condition:

Very nice overall condition considering age. Letter shows moderate discoloration and original creasing, and a couple of tears along the left vertical crease. Original handwriting remains clears. Modern frame displays nicely and show light scuffing from storage. A couple of scratches are present on the acrylic pane.
