I'm thinking it was probably 20 years ago. I was exhibiting at the SHOT show and my friend Chief Bronson came over and asked if I wanted to enter a raffle and I did. I guess I won it because he later dropped this lovely knife off at my booth. Since then it has made the move to three different offices and I think when I took pictures of it was the second time it was ever out of the box. It has light discoloration on the blade but no actual damage from when somebody stabbed it through one of the rental tables at the show. Punched right through that thing and left the perfect shape of the knife showing like when a cartoon character runs through a wall. It's a great knife! It's just not a wise idea to carry a fixed blade in California if you want to keep your freedom. Maybe you live somewhere more civilized. It *may* be special because it was in a raffle. The blade is black, the grip is brown, and the sheath is from DeSantis. I didn't see any other listed that were exactly the same. Heck, if it's a million dollar knife then please pay my price and enjoy it in good health. If it's a $165 knife then please don't beat me up too bad and enjoy it in good health.
