In addition to the French actress estate we are listing, we also brough back from Paris some fantastic fashion from French and European designers, many of which are not readily available in he US, and many vintage fashions as well

Notes: french military issue coat, slits on sides, snaps inside, a rare find in this condition, please disregard sizing info below referring to our womens clothing

Sizes: The pictures were taken on a form size 38FR which would be about a 6/8 US. We did not pin the clothing to take the photos, so the way it fits the manequin is how it would fit a size small/medium. We will specify the waist size on all the fitted clothes, and we will indicate estimated or actual sizes on the rest.

We measure as follows: waist size and chest size with garment laid flat and doubling up measurement; length for shirts, sweaters and coats from center of back neckline to bottom; skirts from center of back to hemline. Please make allowances for your actual measurements.

Please look carefully at photos and any measurements we may have included in the description before emailing us for additional measurements.

Condition: Most of the clothing we have listed is in good to excellent condition. We will specify any major flaws in the description, but do keep in mind that many of the items are vintage and as much as 50 years old. We rate items as follows:

Like new: never worn, no flaws, store bought condition

Mint: appears never worn, no flaws or signs of wear, but is preowned

Excellent: no flaws noted, may have been worn a couple of times

Very good: may have been worn/used a few times, may have been washed, or have tiny imperfections/signs of wear but we will indicate specific flaws if any

Good: we do not list items in less than good condition; items in good condition are those that show signs of normal wear and may have very minor flaws, but we will list noticeable flaws in listing if there are any such as a stain or a repair etc

We have a lot of items listed and may not be able to get you the info in a timely manner (but we'll try :) Any additional items shown in photos such as jewelry, accessories, etc are listed separately and not included with this sale.

 

Payment must be received within3 days of sale end. After 10 days, item will be relisted. We also file a non-paying buyer complaint with after 10 days time, so please do not offer if you do not intend to pay. If you have less than 20 responses or if you have negative responses, please contact us prior to offerding or we reserve the right to cancel offers. All sales are final. If you are the winning buyer, we will leave you positive response as soon as you do same.

US S & H is as listed, insurance is no longer optional per rules and we include insurance in our handling fee for orders that are either breakable or for larger amounts ($100 and up). We usually ship within 2-3 business days, but occasionally may take up to 7 for larger items, breakable items, or if we have many items ending at the same time. We print labels online so you will get a shipping notification when your item ships. We do combine shipping for most items, which should be calculated automatically when you check out, or if it doesn't please requesta total from us through after the sales end.

We typically charge highest shipping and then discount additional items 50%. If you are buying 4 items or more, we will discount shipping some more, please request total through if that is the case. Also, shipping charges are clearly stated, so do not contact us at sale end asking for other shipping methods or lower shipping.

We do not ship internationally first class any longer due to shipping and customs issues. We can ship priority which starts around $25-30 and we do combine shipping. We charge ACTUAL shipping plus $5 flat handling per order to cover extra fees and labor involved in shipping internationally. If interested, please contact us and we can add you to our preapproved buyer list. We do not ship to Italy.

Sales are final, however we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us right away before leaving response. We want all our buyers to be happy with their items; and we will do our best to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and work with you if there is a problem. Shipping is non-refundable. We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, and do our best to answer any questions. If we make a substantial mistake in our description, we will gladly accept a return.

1. Our items come from many sources so we cannot guarantee they come from pet/smoke free homes.Please note that many woolen items have been stored with moth balls over the years. It is often the only reason that antique or vintage woolens have survived to this day as they were not treated as they are today. They used to be stored away come spring and brought back out in the fall to be aired out and used again. If you are very sensitive to smells, you may need to have such items cleaned, so please offer accordingly, as we do not accept returns because items do not arrive freshly laudered. We do try to air things out weather permitting, but keep in mind that storage smells are reactivated during shipping.This is the case with all vintage/used items that have been stored and should generally be washed or cleaned to freshen them up. We list items as we find them. We do try to air out any storage smells, etc, but if you are hypersensitive or allergic to certain smells, please offer accordingly.

2. Buyer gets item, contacts us 6 weeks later to say that it is defective and wants to return it. If you have had six weeks to wear it, use it, or damage it, we will absolutely not take a return or issue a refund. If we missed something, contact us within three days after receiving your item and we will of course take care of it.

3.Our items are clearly listed as used or vintage, so please do not expect items in brand new condition, unless stated as such. We do note any major flaws in description.

4. Buyer claims upon receipt that colors are different. We have no control over computer monitors, so please realize the colors you see on your screen may vary.

5. Buyer claims it does not fit. We have measurement listed, if not, ASK QUESTIONS before offerding. We do not take returns because something does not fit.
