We ship orders the same day (if ordered before 8AM) or the next business day (M-F). Our shipping department takes pride in their work, they want you to be wowed by the unboxing experience. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives to you safely.

All of our items come from our warehouse located in North Canton Ohio 44720. The post office that does our pickups is located in another city Uniontown OH 44711. So your tracking may show that your item is shipped from a zip code different than our warehouse.

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).  We communicate through \'s messaging system, but can also be reached at the number provided on the listing.

• We offer 30-Day Free Returns on ALL of our items.  

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your item. 

• Returned products must be in the same condition that you received, and must not be altered in any way.  They should also include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.

• Once your return is received and inspected by HK Resale (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

• Please note that our warranty does not cover shipping charges TO the customer, unless you purchased a product with Free Shipping.
