MINTY ANTIQUE 1920S VTG MESH CANDY CONTAINER, CELLULOID GIRL IN BUNNY SUIT 9\" For Sale

This little candy container is SO RARE!! She dates to the 1920s or 1930s, and was made in Japan (although she isn\'t marked). The majority of items from Japan date to the 1950\'s, but there are exceptions - most particularly with the celluloid items, like this one. There are lots of the mesh Santas in a variety of designs, but bunny girls are very scarce, and hard to find. ESPECIALLY in this condition! I have had several in the past, and I am always excited when I find them. She won\'t disappoint. She has a mask face - only her face is celluloid, and sewn into place in the hat. Her clothes are flannel, and show some age darkening. She looks pretty put out about being in a bunny costume, lol. She is great for Christmas, Easter or just about any time.
