For your consideration is a 1896 campaign premium from the McKinley campaign. It is a soap baby doll. It is marked PENNA Soap Co Lancaster PA. The information that came with the doll says it is the Monarch Soap Company in Lancaster Pa. Most of these premiums came in a box. I cannot be certain whether this one did or if it was transferred to this homemade bunting. The soap is in very good condition.
