Not a reprint and not the Vermont edition. Super rare (1 of 4000) original second edition printed for the US Cavalry Association at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. 1913, by John Bryson Barnes, 24 numbered pages (27 total), measures 6 x 9 inches. Also includes the original loose advertisements folded in the book. Given the rarity of this book there might not be another one like it in existence, especially with the often lost adverts.
The Vermont edition, not even this one, was rare enough that Kessinger publishing, a company that specializes in rare, out of print books, included it in their Kessinger Legacy edition reprints collection. H20
