RARE- Eli Lilly & Co. 50th Anniversary Commemorative Letter Opener 1876-1926
Condition: This rare and gorgeous Eli Lilly and Company Letter Opener is in near perfect condition (see pictures)! It was a commemorative item from the company\'s 50th Anniversary 1876-1926. This metal letter opener is very study, measures 10\", and has brass plated designs...the front states: Eli Lilly, 1838-1898, Founder of Eli Lilly and Company, Indianapolis 1876, Fiftieth Anniversary 1926. It also shows a picture of Eli Lilly. The back brass plated design states: Eli Lilly and Company, Indianapolis, 1876-1926 and shows a picture of the original Lilly replica building (1876) and a picture of the pharmaceutical plant (1926). Each side of the opener has the recognizable red Lilly script embossed and fixed on brass. The craftsmanship on this piece is beautiful!
