I have been able to get my hands on some new old stock Knives from Sabatier . These are original never sold knives from the 1950s and are of a very limited supply . I kept one for myself and have three to sell . Material is Carbon Steel and the handles are Black wood with a very tight grain . Beautiful knife and when they are gone they are gone .
